Now we’re using our expertise and experience to store and manage documents, files and digital information for many of Northern Ireland’s leading organisations.
We may have moved on but we still take pride in being a locally owned family business, run today by the great grandchildren of John Morgan, who set up the company in 1915.

Secure facilities
When it comes to secure premises, Morgan Document Security couldn’t be better positioned. Conveniently situated on the edge of Belfast City Centre we are centrally located at a hub of Northern Ireland’s major traffic routes, giving us an ideal vantage point.
The facility is monitored 24 hours a day by on-site and remote security services protecting against both fire and intruders. Access to our warehouse is strictly controlled and internal access is only available through digital swipe controlled fire rated doors.
Our records centre is also equipped with smoke and heat sensors and we operate a no smoking policy on all parts of our site.

For complete peace of mind Morgan Document Security can provide the ultimate in secure document storage with our dedicated steel vaults, which are situated within our secure facility.
Temperature and humidity controlled, it offers the highest level of protection for critical information such as legal papers, deeds or contracts and digital information such as computer back-up discs, tapes and business continuity / disaster recovery crates and plans.
The vault is equipped with an advanced fire suppression system which draws out oxygen in the event of smoke detection and provides 4 hour fire protection and thermal insulation up to furnace temperatures, in line with British Standard BS5839.
Access is strictly by swipe card only with full audit trail.
